Offices and Conference Rooms
- There are a total of eight offices and three conference rooms.
- The total square footage in the building is 4,380 square feet.
- Offices are available for rent to anyone who is either in business or interested in starting a business.
- Office space is offered at a reduced rate ranging from $300.00 to $600.00 per month.
- Rent is inclusive of utilities, wi-fi, ADT, free parking, and security cameras overlooking the parking lot.
